Affordable Care Act - Enrollment starts 11/1/17

Attn: Self-Employed, contractors, freelancers etc, take note: The 2018 ACA (Affordable Care) enrollment period has been shortened from 90 days to 45 days (November 1-December 15, 2017).   Someone you know may desperately need health care. Many of your friends may still not have employer-based healthcare so this is relevant to EVERYONE'S interests.

Remember, Under current law, health insurance companies can’t refuse to cover you or charge you more just because you have a “pre-existing condition” — that is, a health problem you had before the date that new health coverage starts.

HI Stacy! Because you need me

Today one of my loyal readers told me that he really needs me to update my blog more often.  He was tired of reading that I am "yellow" and he said that he sees me more as a "Peach".  LOL  I said I don't and probably will never own anything peach, come to think of it I don't even own anything yellow. So here are a few things that crossed my mind today. This morning when I got dressed in my room, I really thought my outfit matched.  Then after further consideration and better light at work I decided that I did not match at all. :-) I used to think that getting my nails done was a waste of money, but I really want to go get pedicure. I wish those belly belts that say they will tone your tummy actually worked, I'd wear it daily. A trip and a 5k a month?

Can it be done? Of course it can...I already know I can run a 5k so I just have to get off my butt and do it. As for the travel well January and February are booked. April, June, July and August are close behind. So 6 out of 12 is not too shabby for it only being January 9th - half way there. So where should I go? Any suggestion?
