Visiondirect.com suck ass

I recommend never getting an FSA card, because unless you have on going medical conditions you could lose a lot of money like I just did.

So it is the end of the year and I need to spend my FSA money. I log on to visiondirect.com because they have the best rates. I choose my contacts, I change all my profile information, give my card number and push purchase.

DENIED - you did not account for the 1.99 service fee and you card is now .32 cents over your limit.

REORDER - I cancel the order and reorder. No clue that the system has reverted to my OLD Address. Then they say they couldn't get a hold of my doctor so that is why they could not process my card until AFTER 2011 is over.

Good news if I pay for it on my own credit card my FSA account will repay me. BAD NEWS Vision Direct is so STUPID they can't update my shipping address so I pay for these contacts and then someone else in El Segundo will get them and again I lose my money.

HMMMMM, here's a thought...maybe I send a letter to the people that live in my old apartment and have them call me when the contacts arrive and I can come get them. Maybe it's a hot single guy and it will be love at first site.

I HATE LOSING MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because you need me

Today one of my loyal readers told me that he really needs me to update my blog more often.  He was tired of reading that I am "yellow" and he said that he sees me more as a "Peach".  LOL  I said I don't and probably will never own anything peach, come to think of it I don't even own anything yellow. So here are a few things that crossed my mind today. This morning when I got dressed in my room, I really thought my outfit matched.  Then after further consideration and better light at work I decided that I did not match at all. :-) I used to think that getting my nails done was a waste of money, but I really want to go get pedicure. I wish those belly belts that say they will tone your tummy actually worked, I'd wear it daily. Missing you

Today was the first big event in Alyssa's life and I never thought it would be as hard as it was.  As I stood there alone waiting for the auditorium doors to open, tears just stared streaming down my face.  I couldn't stop thinking about Stacy.  How unfair it was that she wasn't there for this.  This spiraled into my mind going to all the things she will miss...5th grade promotion, 8th grade graduation, High School, 1st dances, Proms, college, weddings everything that a lil girl wants her mom for.  It's just not fair, but I am beyond honored to step in.   There are days when I look at her and she is totally me.  Days she is totally Stacy.  I used to always say God will give me a lil girl and she is going to be so girly I won't even know how to relate.  She'll love pink, dolls and glitter, but I would make her love sports.  Well he did just that.  She is the best and some of ther worst of both of us.  The ways we come out of this beautiful little girl is amazing.
