WHAT! It's June already

I just looked at my blog and realized that I have, for lack of a better word SUCKED this year,  I have not posted once since October of last year!  So here is what you should know

1. I am still alive
2. I sew now, instead of write...which is not ok
3. My teenager is taller than me, has a job and is old
4. My tween is almost taller than me, loves volleyball and is getting old
5. Still single
6. Trying to read 12 books this year.
7.  Still have tons of ideas for books
8. Have had to make big decisions this year
9. Love my life, even when I don't like it.
10.  Nacho is still the coolest cat in the world.

HI Stacy! Because you need me

Today one of my loyal readers told me that he really needs me to update my blog more often.  He was tired of reading that I am "yellow" and he said that he sees me more as a "Peach".  LOL  I said I don't and probably will never own anything peach, come to think of it I don't even own anything yellow. So here are a few things that crossed my mind today. This morning when I got dressed in my room, I really thought my outfit matched.  Then after further consideration and better light at work I decided that I did not match at all. :-) I used to think that getting my nails done was a waste of money, but I really want to go get pedicure. I wish those belly belts that say they will tone your tummy actually worked, I'd wear it daily. If Nacho was a baby, I think he would never learn how to walk because I love him so much I'd carry him everywhere...but since he's a cat he'd scratch my eyes out if I tried. I miss fried foods. A trip and a 5k a month?

Can it be done? Of course it can...I already know I can run a 5k so I just have to get off my butt and do it. As for the travel well January and February are booked. April, June, July and August are close behind. So 6 out of 12 is not too shabby for it only being January 9th - half way there. So where should I go? Any suggestion?
