Working again

Wow! It is nice working at a place that not only appreciates you, but a place where the stress is having to leave work because your 4 hours are done but they went so quick and you just can't believe it. But they just need one more thing.  What, you don't care if I work longer days? 

I recently took a job for only 3 days a week and only 4 hours, crazy that I actually like it and would not mind adding more hours.  I really hope that when I am ready for a full time job they are ready for me.  It if funny how when you lose everything that your priorities in life change and you don't think the same about money.  Sure I will miss somethings, but having time with Alyssa is more important than material things.

Because you need me

Today one of my loyal readers told me that he really needs me to update my blog more often.  He was tired of reading that I am "yellow" and he said that he sees me more as a "Peach".  LOL  I said I don't and probably will never own anything peach, come to think of it I don't even own anything yellow. So here are a few things that crossed my mind today. This morning when I got dressed in my room, I really thought my outfit matched.  Then after further consideration and better light at work I decided that I did not match at all. :-) I used to think that getting my nails done was a waste of money, but I really want to go get pedicure. I wish those belly belts that say they will tone your tummy actually worked, I'd wear it daily. If Nacho was a baby, I think he would never learn how to walk because I love him so much I'd carry him everywhere...but since he's a cat he'd scratch my eyes out if I tried. I miss fried foods. A trip and a 5k a month?

Can it be done? Of course it can...I already know I can run a 5k so I just have to get off my butt and do it. As for the travel well January and February are booked. April, June, July and August are close behind. So 6 out of 12 is not too shabby for it only being January 9th - half way there. So where should I go? Any suggestion?
